Our Amendments
1.Re-Organise Parliament
-Reduce the number of constituencies from 349 to 210 and Senate from 68-47.
2.Strengthen Devolution
-Abolish former system of governance that is Regional,County, County Commissioners etc.
3.Independence of Judiciary
-Allocate 2.5% of revenue share to the Judiciary to help in operationalizing the Judiciary Fund.
4.Enforce Bill of Rights
-Provide free education for all in public schools and colleges (Amalgamate all the bursaries C.D.F,County and Presidential to a fund to realize this)
5.Establish a National Health Commission
-People driven referendum to Establish a National Health Commission.
6.Enforce Integrity and Ethics
-Amend Chapter 6 of the Constitution to expressly adopt recommendations of audit reports and public inquiry reports barring all adversely mentioned persons from holding any public or state office.
7.Election Laws
-Change election laws to make any Kenyan upon attainment of 18years that acquired a national identity card to be deemed to a fully registered voter.
8.Rename National Land Commission
-Rename National Land Commission to National Land and Rent Commission and give it regulatory powers to regulate costs of land.
9.Establish a Religious Regulatory Authority
-Mobilising and organising to Establish a Religious Regulatory Authority
10.Amend Article 267
- Amend Article 267 to make it a popular initiative that receives one million signatures from registered voters to go directly to the people in a referenda
11.Economic Laws
-Make it mandatory that SME's must be paid within 14days after delivery.
12. Create Office of Oversight
- Create Office of Oversight Leader and Deputy Oversight Leader for runners up in the presidential elections domiciled in Parliament
